Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.

• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Strong understanding of client management and retention strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated history of successfully managing client accounts.
